Salone del Mobile.Milano 2024 marks a significant milestone for S-CAB. This year, all products carry a high intrinsic decorative value resulting from research on both shape and colour, expertly balanced. Not only formal technique to create long-lasting products, resistant to wear and weather, but also products with high aesthetic content. Seats, coffee tables, plant holders and planters are immediately captivating with their softened lines. The new products designed by Francesca Lanzavecchia, Meneghello Paolelli, Spalvieri & Del Ciotto, Alessandro Stabile, and Ionna Vautrin combine with the pieces already in the collection, giving birth to an outdoor microcosm where beauty can be found everywhere!
Malvasia by Francesca Lanzavecchia
Simple, minimalist, perforated. Malvasia is the outdoor seat that projects graceful and rigorous weaves of light and shadow through its metal patterns, like the foliage of a tree or the texture of a fabric.
Francesca Lanzavecchia stated that Malvasia is an outdoor chair designed for S-CAB, aiming to serve as a daily bar seat in outdoor areas, gardens, and terraces. It combines a perforated and calendered piece with a tubular frame, allowing for a complex treatment that softens the metal’s coldness. The chair’s legs, characterized by a double curve, add poetic lightness, while armrests and cushions complete its minimalist profile.

Hyppo by Meneghello Paolelli
The family of coffee tables Hyppo comes from the desire to offer a series of extremely versatile and functional complements, designed for outdoor use but also suitable for indoor spaces, and also from a formal, at times playful, experimentation that characterizes the project.
Meneghello Paolelli declared that the design of Hyppo focuses on contrast between large, sculptural aluminum legs and a slim top made of a new colored paste laminate. The top is intentionally irregular, resembling a hippopotamus’ body. The table’s dimensions vary to create groups of coffee tables, and the color palette is saturated colors that combine well and have a matte finish for a sophisticated and pleasant touch.
ATOMO by Spalvieri & Del Ciotto
A project that comes from the need to create a table capable of fitting seamlessly into any environment; like an atom, this table merges into the environment, becoming an integral part of it.
Spalvieri & Del Ciotto stated that The Atomo table top features a lightweight, robust structure with a die-cast aluminium ground base and steel legs. The elegant connection between the base and legs is refined and almost invisible. The product combines aesthetic research and advanced industrial processes, resulting in a balanced, contemporary design and manufacturing technology. The iconic and minimalist style is characterized by precise technical value and versatility, with various finishes and colors to suit any environment.
Brezza by Alessandro Stabile
S-CAB‘s collaboration with Alessandro Stabile has resulted in an extended family of high-end furniture Brezza, including a lounge armchair, two-seater sofa, and coffee table. The collection is designed with sustainability in mind, using materials like recycled yarn, post-consumer recycled and combine with pre-consumer industrial waste.
The cushions are removable, allowing for easy attachment to the frame. The collection is versatile and offers an intimate, cozy environment.
Mimosa by Ionna Vautrin
From the practical need to have complements for the outdoor microcosm of the S-CAB world, come the plant holders and planters (also complementary to each other) suitable for both contract solutions and the intimate space of a house’s terrace.
Ionna Vautrin stated that plant holders are structures that soften indoor or outdoor living spaces by showcasing daily vegetation. They feature rounded supports, a sinuous tube connecting trays, and can be placed in corners, against walls, or wall-mounted. The planters are characterized by generous, refined, and colorful contours, enhancing rustic or refined floral compositions. Their morphology mimics a flower, with a shade of color highlighting the separation and designed character of these everyday planter.
