Inspired by the rebel elegance of Teddy Girls
Dior menghadirkan kampanye untuk koleksi Autumn/Winter 2019-2020 oleh Maria Grazia Chiuri, yang terinspirasi oleh keanggunan ‘pemberontak’ Teddy Girls. Bagi fotografer Brigitte Niedermair, model Selena Forrest dan Ruth Bell mewujudkan semangat yang terlibat secara sosial dari desain Direktur Artistik rumah mode ini.
Sebuah ode to sorority yang sesungguhnya, koleksi ini menguraikan garis-garis feminitas yang dipertegas, seperti T-shirt silkscreen Sisterhood adalah Global dan Sisterhood adalah Powerful dengan garis-garis yang lebih maskulin. Simbol budaya Inggris yang sangat disukai Christian Dior, tartan berbaur dengan toile de Jouy dan leopard printing, dua kode favorit untuk para rumah mode. Sebuah manifesto keanggunan menurut Dior, diselingi dengan aksesori berharga dengan semangat couture.
