Welcoming, sophisticated interior design
In the residence, guests are welcomed by a barrel vault that dominates the entrance, underlined by the presence of Barrisol coating, a stretch ceiling made from a non-flammable pvc sheet that enhances the light and spaciousness of the space.

The Barrisol ceiling is the common element that also characterizes the dining area and kitchen, which – deliberately designed as an open space – becomes the vital center of the whole house. A white marble island is a magnetic presence in the center of the space, an ‘altar’ with rounded corners where guests can enjoy preparing lunches and dinners or enjoy meals prepared by the chef on hand. At the far end of the kitchen area, a walnut and steel wall reflects the sinuous shapes of the central island.

Connected to the kitchen by two large portals, the living room is characterized by the presence of full-height bookcases, made of Canaletto walnut and covered with rattan-effect wallpaper. They contrast with the central white backdrop which houses a large marble-framed fireplace. At the center of the living room stands the monumental and exclusive Pak di Edra sofa, a real eye-catcher.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which has a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to sleep 5 people. A pillow list is available to the customer, with a choice of four types of pillows, to feel as comfortable as at home. The use of natural materials also prevails in the rooms, with tailored furniture in earthy colors and touches of pure luxury, guaranteed by the presence of Loro Piana fabrics. One of the rooms has a dressing area and en suite bathroom.

Walnut-colored travertine lends refinement to the cladding of the two bathrooms, one of which is used as a real spa area with a whirlpool bath, for total relaxation. An ante-bathroom area precedes the spa area, furnished with clay-colored sanitary ware and reproducing the characteristic Barrisol ceiling in a barrel vault, recreating the idea of a mysterious cave of thermal pleasures.

The wallpapers in the Luxury Rome Apartment are decorated with a series of photographs that recall elements of the capital’s architecture, with unusual and unexpected details of Roman palaces: in them, abstract yet profoundly material forms emerge under the artist’s gaze, capable of exalting the beauty of a fragment, but tracing it back to the whole that constitutes Rome’s eternal charm.

Materials inspired by Roman architecture
Rome’s elegance and tradition are echoed inside the private residence by the use of materials, shapes and geometries linked to the style of Roman architecture, reworked in a contemporary key to create an atmosphere of luxurious intimacy.

Natural stone, in the two variant of fine marble and natural or walnut-colored travertine, and Canaletto walnut wood are the materials that characterize the rooms of the house, both in the furnishings and in the cladding and components, all made to measure.

The decision to use only natural elements in the decor also inspired the colours of the apartment, declined in a range of shades from absolute white through all the beige and brown tones of travertine to the foncé of wood paneling and wallpaper.

Smart apartment
The tradition and history of the place are in perfect harmony with the modern home automation in Luxe Rome Apartment, equipped with the latest technology to enable better quality of living space, comfort, efficiency and safety. Lighting system management, heating system, security, automation of basic functional elements, remote electromagnetic control, and audio and video system connection. A SIEMENS coffee machine connected via Wi-Fi to their mobile devices will allow guests to find their coffee ready to start their day. In addition, there are also SMEG appliances, from the American coffee machine that caters to the tastes of an international clientele, to the presence of a juicer and a bread machine. The kitchen is also equipped with an ice machine and two ovens, one of which is a microwave oven, for those who prefer a faster cooking method, while a Nespresso machine has been placed in each bedroom. A washer-dryer is also at guests’ disposal.

There is no lack of attention to detail from the point of view of the flat’s acoustics, which, thanks to the installation of sound-abatement window systems, guarantee total silence in the heart of a dynamic and bustling city.
