This Christmas, Give The Gift of Design

The holiday season is here, bringing with it the magic of Riva1920’s design and artisanal tradition. Since 2016, we’ve been reimagining the classic symbol of Christmas through the creative genius of renowned architects and designers such as Mario Botta, Terry Dwan, and Baldessari & Baldessari.

Their vision has shaped a collection that celebrates Christmas with soft, geometric, and linear forms sculpted from aromatic cedar wood, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere.

This year, the XMAS Collection grows with the addition of three new furnishing accessories.

XMAS_70 | “Passione70” – design Authentic Design

Dimensions: Ø 21,6 x H. 49 cm

This elegant home accessory was created to celebrate the 70th birthday of Riva1920’s president, Maurizio Riva. Featuring a heart carved into the wood, it symbolizes generosity and passion. “When we give a gift, let’s give it from the heart.” This piece is a tribute to the beauty of gifts made with sincerity and love.

XMAS_AD | “Upside Down”– design Authentic Design

Dimensions: L. 22 x P. 16 x H. 49 cm

The world often seems to turn upside down, and this concept inspired the design of this cedarwood Xmas–tree. Unlike traditional trees, the baubles are placed inside rather than outside. Expertly crafted with a blend of artisanal skill and advanced technology, this tree features a regular outer frame that encases 19 asymmetrically arranged ornaments. The contrast between the orderly exterior and the dynamic interior creates a distinctive, high-design aesthetic. Completing the piece is a star perched at the top.
