Gracefully Ascend in Each Unique Piece

The objects of memory have been reinterpreted by Christophe Pillet in the new collections designed for Kreoo. It’s about candlesticks, both freestanding and table ones. They recall those accessories that have changed shape and style over the centuries but continue to suggest the magic of lamplight nowadays, in residential or hospitality projects, indoors or outdoors. Treasure and Trinity are the novelties of the 2024 catalogue and represent an elegant evolution and reinterpretation of a ‘classic’, still preserving the decorative theme as the design matrix.

Treasure’s decoration is a composition of shapes and colours. The four candelabra are slender – being approximately 150 cm high – and made up of thin overlapping marble volumes, presented in different finishes. Each part is modelled and shaped with changes in inclinations, diameters, and soft aesthetic details. The base differs too between the four versions, as does the profile of the upper portion, where the candle stick is inserted. The result is a precious mix of nuances and details, creating a polychrome ensemble – different marbles can be combined upon request.

The Trinity collection is available in three heights: 30, 40, and 60 cm. It is conceived as a table candleholder – carved from a single marble block – that comes in the Calacatta Carrara or Black & Gold marble. Trinity features a cross-shaped structure with soft radial joints and upper profiles with slender extremities, diagonally cut. The design is simpler and more essential than Treasure, but its shape, together with the candlelight, enhances the extraordinary grains of the material.
