Perfecting the Y5 collection
Melengkapi koleksi Y5 dining chair yang telah memenangkan Design S, penghargaan desain nasional di Swedia, Hans K bersama Sami Kallio kembali menciptakan Y5 barchair untuk melengkapi koleksi Y5 ini. Dalam merancang Y5, desainer Sami Kallio menamainya berdasarkan lima bentuk huruf Y yang terpasang di bagian belakang kursi.

Bentuk huruf Y terbalik yang bersentuhan satu sama lain memamerkan visual modern kontemporer dan juga menawarkan kekokohan untuk menjadikan kursi ini nyaman. Kursi unik ini terbuat dari material kayu solid tersedia dalam empat pilihan yaitu blond ash, oiled oak, white painted birch dan black stain. Desainer Sami Kallio selalu melakukan upaya terbaiknya untuk mencoba ide-ide yang berbeda dalam merancang furnitur didalam elemen desain yang luar biasa. (AP)
