A Coral-inspired piece That Defies Fragility

Inspired by the texture of precious fabrics, the movement of haute couture drapery, and the poetry of the marine world, the Anémone luminaire invites contemplation. Wanting to bring together a multitude of glass elements that would mimic the beauty of this organic form, the designers created small articulated elements in Murano glass – the “flags”. Together, each handcrafted “flag” confers a dynamic allure. With this precious design, Veronese achieves the accomplishment of emphasizing that glass is not always as fragile as it seems. When one runs their hand over the striated scales, the accompanying sound, like music, is also a sensory experience in itself. One manages to overcome their restraint and the idea that handling the material with the palm risks breaking it.

The Anémone Collection is entirely modular: pendant lights with conical, cylindrical, or circular shapes, wall sconces, and table lamps. As for the scales, they are available in different colors. As is often the case in Veronese creations, the goal is to offer interior architects and decorators a system that can be customized in its final form to carry the narrative of a project.
