A Ritual Tea Indulgence Shaped by A Delicate Balance of Flavour, Texture and Naturally Inspired Ingredients

Available from 11 May to 18 June at The Drawing Room, The St. Regis Jakarta presents the quiet luxury of Afternoon Tea Ritual with Augustinus Bader—where the collaboration explores the art of ritual itself through science, craftsmanship, and sensory indulgence.

Created in partnership with Augustinus Bader, the contemporary Afternoon Tea draws inspiration from the brand’s pioneering approach to regenerative skincare, translating its philosophy into an elegant culinary experience. Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Lee thoughtfully interprets ingredients often associated with the brand’s formulations—mushrooms, algae, seaweed, spirulina, and green tea—into refined sweet and savoury creations layered with balance and precision.
