London’s celebrated dining Burger & Lobster makes its Indonesian debut at Plaza Indonesia, bringing its signature surf-and-turf experience to the capital’s vibrant dining scene. The opening is elevated by a Jakarta-exclusive dish, the Chili Bumbu Lobster, an Atlantic lobster coated in a tangy, sweet-and-sour spicy sauce and served with fragrant garlic butter rice.

Launched in London in 2011 with a simple yet radical idea — focus on just a few dishes and perfect them — the brand built its global reputation on two heroes: wild Atlantic lobster and prime beef burgers. That stripped-back confidence quickly turned Burger & Lobster into an international favourite, now spanning major cities from London and New York to Bangkok and the Middle East. Desserts include Pistachio Chocolate Mousse and Hazelnut & Banana Bread Pudding. All dishes are prepared without pork, lard, or alcohol, ensuring full compliance with halal requirements in Indonesia.
