Recently recognized at the Arabian Property Awards 2025, the villa is a perfect example of how Italian craftsmanship can blend seamlessly with Middle Eastern warmth.

Designed by Palazzo Morelli and completed with the thoughtful sourcing of Lato Home, every corner of Villa Adele tells a story. The spacious living areas feel both welcoming and grand, effortlessly shifting from a cozy family retreat to a setting for elegant gatherings.

OPERA CONTEMPORARY PRODUCTS
Stepping into the living room, you’re immediately struck by a sense of warmth and refined elegance. Soft light bounces off plush pink velvet, the rich textures of custom furnishings, and the gleam of satin bronze accents. Every piece has been carefully selected, including some of Opera Contemporary’s most iconic designs, creating a space that feels both welcoming and effortlessly stylish.

At the center, the Cosmo modular L-shaped sofa invites you to sink in. Its diamond-quilted backrest and satin bronze-finished feet give it a sculptural presence, while the velvet cushions promise comfort. Nearby, Cosmo armchairs echo the sofa’s sophistication, their abstract patterns blending soft beiges, dusty pinks, sage greens, and warm reddish-browns. The effect is painterly, almost like marble captured in fabric, while floral-embellished cushions tie the arrangement together in subtle harmony.

A Cyrano Coffee Table anchors the seating area, its Lepanto Red marble top and bronze mirror reflecting both light and the textures around it. Complementing it, Gabriel tables with Verde Alpi Rameggiato marble tops and open bronze bases add depth and sculptural intrigue. The Brian coffee table, with its beveled marble top, reinforces the room’s cohesive elegance, making each element feel like part of a thoughtfully composed whole.

Moving toward the dining area, the sophistication continues. The Oscar round dining table, with its Calacatta Oro marble top and bronze-finished base, is accented by a Verde Alpi Rameggiato marble Lazy Susan at its center. Surrounding it, eight Louise chairs combine organic shapes, ebony frames, and padded grey velvet seats. Diamond-quilted backrests with satin bronze handles offer both decorative flair and practicality, while their enveloping form ensures comfort during long dinners.
