The new Bonaldo’s visionary concept at Salone del Mobile 2025

At Salone del Mobile 2025, Bonaldo unveils Contemporary Soul—a visionary new collection that reimagines living spaces with poetic elegance and purposeful design. Guided by a philosophy where furnishings do more than fill a space, Bonaldo creates pieces that evoke connection, emotion, and meaning.

Watch here the Bonaldo’s visionary concept at Salone del Mobile:

Fusing aesthetic refinement with design culture, Contemporary Soul embodies Bonaldo’s cosmopolitan spirit, offering modular, adaptable solutions for today’s fluid lifestyles. Residential and hospitality environments alike are transformed through a design language that is both fresh and timeless.

Central to this evolution are collaborations with esteemed designers including Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, Massimo Castagna, and Matilde Sessolo. Their interpretations breathe new life into Bonaldo’s classics, infusing the collection with renewed vitality and dynamic energy.

The amazing Bonaldo’s 820-square-meter stand, designed by Massimo Castagna, immerses visitors in an experiential narrative. Anchored by a Mediterranean garden, the installation invites exploration and flow, reflecting B/Style—Bonaldo’s vision of coordinated, boundaryless living. From welcoming entrance to serene night spaces, the exhibit reveals a seamless harmony of form, function, and atmosphere.

Highlights include the expressive Belloalto sofa, the isabey coffee tables and Bull armchair by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, the elegant Pivot ST table by Marconato & Zappa, and the architecturally inspired Palazzo table by Matilde Sessolo paired with the Phil sofa by Sergio Bicego. Signature pieces like the Mellow table by Bartoli Design and the modular Dogma bookcase by Alain Gilles continue Bonaldo’s tradition of innovation, while new creations like the Brik sofa by Martina and Massimo Castagna and Flatiron coffee tables by Mauro Lipparini (paired with Liam Sofa by Sergio Bicego) explore materiality.

The night area unveils a refined vision of rest, led by the sculptural Oris bed by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, where form and function meet in expressive harmony. Massimo Castagna’s Nubo bed follows, enriched by a fluid, organic boiserie that elevates its quiet elegance. Completing the scene, the Arragan bedside tables by Buratti balance theatrical flair with understated sophistication.

The 2025 Collection reflects our ongoing dialogue between heritage and innovation,” says Alberto Bonaldo, Managing Director and third-generation member of the founding family. “Each piece speaks a universal design language—rooted in Italian craftsmanship and elevated through experimentation, sensitivity, and vision.

In Contemporary Soul, Bonaldo transforms interiors into stories—lived-in, layered, and beautifully told.
