Euroluce, the Milan showroom and the Venice boutique
Barovier&Toso marks 730 years of Murano glassmaking with “Alchemic Jewels,” an exhibition curated by Nichetto Studio for Milano Design Week 2025. The project spans three iconic locations: the Euroluce pavilion at Salone del Mobile, the Milan flagship showroom, and the Venice boutique.

A Journey Through Craftsmanship and Innovation
The exhibition explores the transformation of raw materials into art, blending ancient techniques with contemporary design. “Alchemic Jewels” reflects Barovier&Toso’s heritage by merging the symbolic power of alchemy and the jewel-like precision of each piece.

Euroluce: A Tribute to Venice
At Euroluce (Pav. 6, Booth A23 B18), Nichetto Studio designs a booth inspired by Venetian architecture, featuring:
- An outdoor portico, reminiscent of St. Mark’s Square, with modular lighting and iconic display cases such as Flora & Flutter, Burning Light, Water Edge, Breath of Gold and Cups of Joy.
- Scenic installations using cascading light cables and signature glass modules like Exagon, Germogli and Hanami.
- A central gallery showcasing new and historic pieces alongside glass-making elements, including the Venezia 1295 chandelier in Antalia green and the Bissa Boba lamp in bluish hues.
- A private meeting room, with pieces from the Domus Ginori and Taif collections in soft pinks.
New Collections Debut
Barovier&Toso introduces three standout collections:
- Agave, by Garcìa Cumini – inspired by the plant’s form, featuring a “dew” glass technique.
- Midtown – echoing 1920s Manhattan skyscrapers and early 20th-century architecture with geometric crystal layers and textured finishes.
- Webb – modular and backlit, with hexagonal crystal forms enhanced by irregular textures.
The brand also presents Nebula, a dramatic glass wave installation, alongside other expressive pieces like Aspen and Icaro. The three majestic installations showcasing Barovier&Toso’s expertise in bespoke design and custom installations at the Salone del Mobile (Euroluce).

Villa Héritage: A Luxe Parallel Exhibition
Barovier&Toso also features in Villa Héritage (Pav. 13-15), curated by Pierre-Yves Rochon. This multisensory showcase within A Luxury Way reinterprets Palladian villas and includes:
- Two 4607 chandeliers, one in the Winter Garden and another with exclusive blue accents.
- The Spade collection in the bathroom.
- A dramatic Swing installation in a 7-meter corridor.
Milan & Venice Showrooms
Aligned with the exhibition’s theme, the Via Durini showroom in Milan and the Venice boutique echo the same visual language. Key highlights include:
• Oversized jewel-box displays of glass components.
• Red organic shapes symbolizing molten glass.
• Special focus on Agave and Midtown collections.
Together, these experiences connect the brand’s legacy with its modern vision, reinforcing Barovier&Toso’s status as a symbol of timeless Venetian artistry.
