TOM DIXON UNVEILS AW25 COLLECTION AT MILAN DESIGN WEEK

At Milan Design Week 2025 Tom Dixon introduces the AW25 collection, showcasing innovations in lighting, furniture, and textiles. This latest series explores geometry, optics, and material evolution.

POSE – Versatile Minimalism
Expanding the POSE range, the new Surface Lights and Pendants offer adaptable lighting solutions. POSE Surface, designed for contemporary spaces with lower ceilings, functions as both a ceiling spotlight and a bedside wall lamp. Available in Silver, Kelp, and Putty, it features an integrated Fresnel lens and a magnetic ball joint for precision lighting.

WHIRL – Dynamic Light and Reflection
Inspired by Op-Art illusions, WHIRL transforms mirrored reflections with its sculptural, spiraled surface. Created using injection blow-molding and vacuum metallisation, it refracts and distorts light, creating an ever-shifting luminous effect.

SOFT – A Tactile Glow
Departing from metallic finishes, SOFT introduces an ultra-matte spray textile, originally developed by the U.S. military. This material diffuses light for a warm, paper-like glow reminiscent of traditional lanterns.

PRESS FROSTED – Industrial Glass Reimagined
PRESS FROSTED refines Tom Dixon’s pressed glass series with a sandblasted finish that softens its architectural presence. Available in Sphere Pendant, Mini Sphere Pendant, Large Surface, Mini Surface, and Table Light versions, it provides a diffused, atmospheric glow.

MELT – A Decade of Iconic Design
Celebrating 10 years of MELT, new finishes include MELT Bronze for added depth and MELT Dichroic, inspired by dichroic filters. The MELT Portable range expands with Fluoro and Bronze, introducing bold color highlights.

New Textiles – A Soft Revolution
Beyond lighting, the new textile collection enhances interiors with rich textures. Featuring RIDGE Cushions, THREAD Cushions, THREAD Throws, and BAND Throws, the collection prioritizes quality and comfort.

SPIN CANDELABRA – A Monumental Centrepiece
This year, the SPIN Collection expands with fresh colourways:
• SPIN Mini is now available in Black, Blue, and Putty, offering a more compact size while maintaining the sculptural silhouette of the large version.

• SPIN Large debuts in a new Putty finish, alongside the relaunch of the timeless SPIN Black.

Debuting in Milan, the AW25 collection continues Dixon’s legacy of material exploration and refined craftsmanship.
