The Beefbar Milan has been awarded the Restaurants & Bar Awards® 2023, recognizing as the most beautiful restaurant in Europe.
Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet
The award recognizes the work of interior architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet, who have masterfully transcended the chapel of a former seminary while respecting its memory. In particular, the pair drew inspiration from the major figures of Milanese style from the 40s and 60s to sublimate this vertiginous space punctuated by spectrally sober vaults.
