Redefining beauty through the art of circular design.
At Milan Design Week 2025, Tarkett—a global leader in sustainable flooring—invites visitors to rediscover beauty where few expect it: in waste. Unveiled at Masterly – The Dutch in Milano, The Beauty of Circularity transforms discarded materials into a sensory experience, revealing how design can thrive within a closed-loop system.

Presented by Magran Living
In collaboration with FranklinTill, the exhibition is a tactile journey through transformation, from raw material to renewed creation. “Waste isn’t the end of the story—it’s just the beginning,” says Thomas Leneveu, Vice President of Tarkett EMEA.

Through color, texture, and touch, the installation reframes circularity not as a constraint but as a creative opportunity. The showcase highlights two of Tarkett’s most innovative product lines: Linoleum flooring, crafted from natural ingredients and endlessly recyclable, and DESSO carpet tiles, ingeniously engineered to be taken apart and remade. Sacks of reclaimed flooring and off-cuts become centerpieces—proof that renewal can be both beautiful and responsible.

The Beauty of Circularity is a manifesto for the future of design: one that celebrates material intelligence, sensory engagement, and the power of collective action. Tarkett invites the visitors to see that true beauty lies in what can begin again.
