The extraordinary life and career of legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna will be brought to life in the new Netflix series Senna premiering on November 29, 2024. As part of this commemoration, Swiss luxury timekeeper TAG Heuer, in collaboration with the Senna Brand, proudly launches the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon x Senna, a timepiece dedicated to Senna’s legendary prowess and honoring the 30th anniversary of his legacy.

Known for fast, brilliant, and fearless, the Brazilian driver never stopped pushing himself beyond the limit. Ayrton Senna is portrayed in a six-episode Netflix series, starring TAG Heuer ambassador Gabriel Leone. The series explores Senna’s journey from early days in Brazil to his rise to fame. Produced with Senna’s family, it features his driving achievements, personal struggles, and relationships, culminating in a tragic accident at the San Marino Grand Prix.

The series features heritage watches like the TAG Heuer Senna S/EL Link Chronograph S25.706C, showcasing the character’s style relevance and historical accuracy.

The in-house TH20-09 tourbillon movement, showcasing a blue column wheel and markings on the oscillating weight, powers this impressive, racing-ready watch. Senna’s “S” emblem alongside a light-grey stencil illustration of his eyes that captures his intense focus and racing spirit combines with the intricate skeleton dial in striking blue, green, and yellow highlights reminiscent of his iconic helmet, the watch is dedicated to the legend.
