The Debut of Rambadia, Anak Daro and Tondiku
At World of Coffee Jakarta 2025, Indonesian premium coffee brand Roemah Koffie unveiled Koffie Tins, a new line of single-origin coffee packaged in exclusive, culturally inspired tins—a move that signals the company’s missions to re-introduce past heritages with modern global appeal.

The brand, founded in Gading Serpong and known for its quality beans and immersive café experience, is positioning itself as both a cultural storyteller and serious player in the premium coffee market. Each tin in the debut series—Rambadia, Anak Daro, and Tondiku—draws its name and narrative from Indonesian folk songs, with beans sourced from the highlands of Sumatra. The lead variant, Rambadia, highlights Gayo beans and features Ulos textile motifs on its packaging, tying the product directly to Batak heritage and craftsmanship.

Felix TJ, CEO Roemah Koffie sees the product as a gateway to international markets: “This is more than just a coffee launch—it’s our cultural export strategy,” he explains. The Koffie Tins concept is supported by an immersive Giant Koffie Tins installation created in collaboration with Sembilan Matahari, and a culturally rich booth assisted by Indonesian fashion icon Edward Hutabarat.

Roemah Koffie’s expansion is equally ambitious on the retail front. Following recent openings in Jakarta and Gading Serpong, the brand is set to debut a new flagship at PIK 2. Its Roemah Koffie Academy, focused on training baristas and coffee professionals, further strengthens its long-term play in the coffee value chain.

Felix also added ,” Through Rambadia, we aim to introduce Indonesia to the world in a meaningful way—sharing not just the flavor of our coffee, but the cultural values, the richness tapestry of Indonesia’s cultural heritage and spirit of togetherness that define our coffee heritage”.

With limited-edition products, storytelling-driven branding, and immersive activations, Roemah Koffie is building a model that unites heritage, hospitality, and high-end retail—firmly placing Indonesian coffee on the world map.
