A New Vision
Italian furniture brand Porro presents an immersive residential concept at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026, where architecture, light, and materiality come together to shape a new vision of the home. Designed by Piero Lissoni with styling by Studio Greta Cevenini, the residential installation unfolds beneath luminous walls that recreate natural daylight, creating a calm, contemplative atmosphere that encourages a slower, more immersive experience of design.

Throughout the residential installation, transparent millerighe glass, glossy lacquers, experimental wood surfaces, eco-conscious tecno suede, and bright aluminium enrich wardrobes, partitions, storage systems, and furnishings. Together, these material expressions reflect Porro’s ongoing dialogue between technological precision and artisanal craftsmanship, bringing warmth, texture, and depth to every setting.

The latest furniture introductions further enrich the collection, balancing sculptural forms with everyday functionality. Nao Tamura’s Ryo bookcase reimagines shelving as an architectural statement, while Yabu Pushelberg makes its Porro debut with the Arnaldo armchair, defined by its soft, enveloping silhouette. Dordoni Studio contributes the Hita lounge chair and Twin low table, pairing sculptural forms with tactile materiality, while Piero Lissoni expands the seating family with the Brezza chair and Biscuit armchair. The Ventiquattro table and Byron bedside table also receive refined updates, while the Share and Guitar coffee tables complete the collection, bringing understated elegance to everyday living.

Porro also expands its architectural systems with updates to the Storage, Modern, System HT, and Glide collections, introducing new finishes, modular solutions, and refined detailing that further reinforce the brand’s architectural approach to contemporary interiors.

Rather than presenting products as individual objects, the immersive concept unfolds as a seamless journey through dressing, living, dining, and workspace environments. Each setting demonstrates how architecture, furniture, and storage systems work together to create interiors that adapt naturally to everyday life while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

A thoughtful collaboration with Cooperativa Alice, an Italian social cooperative supporting women’s social reintegration through traditional tailoring, adds a meaningful human dimension to the presentation. Displayed throughout the wardrobe settings, the handcrafted garments celebrate craftsmanship not only as a design value, but also as a story of skill, care, and social impact.
