A Refined Extension of the Ginkgo Collection
Porada is an Italian design house renowned for its refined craftsmanship in solid wood and its quietly elegant approach to contemporary living. And for the 2026 preview collection, Porada presents the Biloba chair as a refined extension of the Ginkgo collection, translating its signature language into a more compact dining form.

Born from the design concept of the Ginkgo and Ginkgo XL armchairs, Biloba extends the family into the dining setting—reinterpreting its distinctive aesthetic through slimmer proportions and a lighter presence, designed to sit effortlessly alongside the dining table.

While preserving the collection’s defining qualities—soft, enveloping lines and a quiet balance between comfort and elegance—Biloba reveals a more considered configuration. Its compact silhouette is paired with a technically developed seat and backrest, offering enduring support for long, unhurried dining moments.

Crafted with a solid Canaletta walnut frame, the chair is grounded in warmth and material richness, while its leather-upholstered outer shell embraces removable fabric covers for both seat and backrest—allowing for ease of maintenance and a high degree of personalization. Beneath its refined surface, differentiated-density padding ensures consistent comfort, complemented by a polyurethane foam backrest designed for ergonomic support.
Attention to detail emerges through the piping that traces the textile edges, available either in a tone-on-tone expression with the outer shell or interpreted in the hues of the Zenith collection—subtly accentuating its tailored craftsmanship and dynamic character. At the back, a distinctive wooden toggle completes the composition, finished in harmony with the frame.
