A Modern Story of Childhood, Warmth, and French Ease
For Fall/Winter 2025, Petit Bateau brings back the warmth of its maritime soul— not as nostalgia, but as a refreshed chapter where heritage codes meet playful modernity. Under the creative direction of Lydie de Beaupré, the collection revisits the brand’s iconic craftsmanship through graphic touches, refined cuts, and subtle material contrasts that breathe new life into its timeless DNA.

It feels like a gentle transition from sun-lit holidays to crisp school mornings—those in-between moments where imagination still runs free. Petit Bateau embraces this spirit with bright pops of color, joyful everyday pieces, and pyjamas made for dreaming longer and moving freely.

Fashion steps into a more contemporary rhythm: stylish bombers, preppy skirts, sleeveless knits, and denim in both light and raw washes offer a bold yet effortless attitude. Geometric motifs and contrasting tones add a cool, functional edge—pieces meant to brighten colder days with ease.

There’s a charming sense of mischief throughout the collection, where vintage elements return in modern form—1900-inspired collars, re-edited logo patches, gingham, liberty florals, and reimagined stripes and hearts in fresh proportions and colours. Garnet, pale pink, and khaki create lively mix-and-match combinations, while the beloved fancy dress pyjamas extend the storytelling into nighttime, inviting little adventurers to dream up new tales before bed.

As the festive season arrives, Petit Bateau adds a touch of magic, a dreamy Christmas universe filled with stars, soft glitter, warm jackets, and pirate-themed pieces—perfect for children who wander fearlessly through worlds only they can imagine.

The Fall/Winter 2025 collection becomes a warm, optimistic expression of what Petit Bateau has always stood for: freedom, comfort, creativity, and a heritage gently carried forward for the next generation.
