A Preview for the MDW 2025
Pierattelli Architetture has designed a drinks cabinet for Officine Gullo, aiming to redefine the concept of hospitality by combining aesthetics and functional traits for a user-friendly experience. The Cocktail Cabinet, created in partnership with Officine Gullo, is designed for sociability and interaction, expressing expert craftsmanship with innovative design solutions. The cabinet combines traditional craftsmanship with practical design solutions, combining the warmth of Canaletto walnut with the sophistication of Carrara marble. The scratched nickel finish adds a touch of contrast.

The design includes a highly functional internal structure a pull-out shelf lined with faux leather for storing glasses, two upper drawers for cocktail-making utensils, and a pull-out ice basin made entirely of steel. The backlit mirror on the back panel enhances the bottles on display and creates an intimate atmosphere. The ice compartment’s lid, made of marble and fitted with a nickel knob, reflects the attention to detail. The underside is lined in faux leather to protect the surface from scratches.

Officine Gullo elements, such as the brand’s coat of arms and hopscotch, have been added to the drinks cabinet to recall the brand’s most famous kitchens.

The Cocktail Cabinet will be at Officine Gullo’s showroom in Milan from 8-13 April 2025. Opening hours are 10.00 am – 8.00 pm (Tuesday – Saturday) and 10.00 am – 1.00 pm (Sunday).
