At the crossroads of art and design, Moroso turns space into conversation
Marking two decades of ArtVerona, Moroso once again shaped the fair’s social landscape — not just furnishing it, but giving it voice. From 10–12 October 2025, the Italian design house infused Halls 11 and 12 of Veronafiere with its unmistakable sensibility: warm, sculptural, and unmistakably human.

This 20th edition of the fair, under new artistic director Laura Lamonea, embraced Conversation and Writing as its central theme — a curatorial statement that transformed ArtVerona from an exhibition into a cultural platform. Within this framework, Moroso’s seating collections became true catalysts of dialogue, transforming shared areas into spaces for encounter and reflection.

“Design can act as a silent mediator,” said Patrizia Moroso. “It welcomes, connects, and encourages exchange. Art has always been part of our DNA — this collaboration reflects who we are: poised between craftsmanship and experimentation, local roots and global vision.”

Moroso’s long-standing partnership with ArtVerona is built on a mutual belief in creative cross-pollination. This year’s fair brought together 143 exhibitors and introduced four new curated sections, bridging modern and contemporary expressions while spotlighting emerging voices in painting, video, and performance.

Beyond the fairgrounds, the city of Verona echoed this spirit of openness. The reopening of Palazzo Forti with The Then About As Until exhibition — curated by Lamonea in collaboration with the Video Sound Art Festival — explored the dialogue between language and image. Once again, Moroso’s pieces provided the connective tissue, shaping spaces that were both intimate and expressive.

At ArtVerona 2025, Moroso reaffirmed that design is a living language that invites conversation, nurtures curiosity, and bridges disciplines.
