Bright Spaces, Easy-Going Days and A Refreshed Menu Built Around Fire, Flavour and Sharing
A bright, easy-going all-day destination in Legian, Bali enters a new chapter with a refreshed menu built around fire, flavour and the pleasure of staying a little longer.

Some restaurants are made for a quick meal. Others have a way of making you stay. At Miya Social, the bright, airy setting, relaxed indoor–outdoor flow and sun-filled outdoor area create exactly that kind of atmosphere—an easy place to settle into, whether for a morning coffee, a long lunch or dinner with friends.

The new chapter begins with the Miya Charcoal Grilled Chicken, a signature dish where patience is part of the recipe. Each chicken undergoes a three-day preparation, beginning with brining before spending a full day in house-made fermented chilli sauces. It is then slow-cooked over charcoal for up to an hour, delivering smoky charred skin and tender, juicy meat. Designed for sharing, it comes as a half or whole chicken, accompanied by sides ranging from butter rice and grilled sweet corn to coleslaw, chips and Caesar salad. House-made sauces—including the bold Boom Shakalaka—and Balinese sambal matah add another layer of flavour.

The refreshed menu extends beyond the grill. Breakfast brings salted maple and brown butter pancakes, corn fritters, smoked salmon rosti, chilli scrambled eggs and the unfussy bacon and egg roll. Later in the day, chicken schnitzel, beef ragu rigatoni and chicken katsu sando offer comforting, casual choices, while the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla gelato provides a suitably indulgent finish.

The all-day rhythm remains: breakfast from 7–11 AM, followed by lunch and dinner from 11 AM–10 PM.

The setting remains as inviting as ever. The difference is on the plate—more fire, more flavour, and more reasons to stay.
