Festivities reach their most ceremonial expression at Bel Étage, where Chinese New Year’s Eve and Day dining experiences begin with the auspicious Yu Sheng prosperity toss, followed by a lavish selection of symbolic dishes celebrating prosperity, longevity, and joy.
