Lucky Coat Hook by Richard Hutten

Founded in 2016, Ghidini1961 is known for its refined approach to metal craftsmanship, where traditional techniques meet a contemporary and expressive design language.

In preview at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026, the brand unveils a new collection presented alongside tables, sofas, and lighting by Paolo Rizzatto, Lorenza Bozzoli, and Johanna Grawunder, together with a series of accessories and wall-mounted elements—among them Lucky, a wall-mounted piece by Richard Hutten that captures the studio’s balance of irony and elegance.

Shaped as a delicate four-leaf clover, Lucky appears to float lightly against the wall, transforming a simple coat hook into a quiet emblem of fortune. Both functional and symbolic, it reflects Hutten’s playful yet conceptual approach—where even the most utilitarian objects become an opportunity for narrative.

“Sometimes you need the courage to challenge fate. With the Lucky coat hook, your good-luck charm welcomes you and protects you in any setting. Its refined, elegant form shines like a small jewel on any wall.”

Echoing his earlier Butterfly design, Hutten once again treats the wall as an active element within the interior—where objects do not simply occupy space, but gently animate it. Crafted in cast brass and available in finishes ranging from polished and burnished brass to rose gold, Lucky carries a subtle luminosity, completing interiors with a light, personal touch.
