Forward-Thinking Design With Modern Sensibilities
Fendi celebrates its centennial with the Fall/Winter 2025-2026 collection, a masterful blend of history and modernity. Silvia Venturini Fendi, honoring the legacy of her grandparents Edoardo and Adele Fendi, reimagines the brand’s past with a futuristic vision.

A Tribute to Heritage and Craftsmanship
Instead of focusing solely on the archives, Venturini Fendi draws from personal and collective memories, transforming Spazio FENDI in Milan into an evocative mirage of the original Via Borgognona boutique. The collection pays homage to Fendi’s origins in fine stoles and handbags, merging tradition with playful subversion.

Innovative Materials and Tailoring
The collection showcases Fendi’s expert craftsmanship through avant-garde fabric manipulations. Shearling undergoes intarsia, honeycomb, and Gheronato patchwork techniques, mimicking fox, mink, and sable without the use of noble furs. Silhouettes nod to infinity with hourglass shapes in balza skirts and corolla jackets, while marbled plissé and ribbed knit dresses dissolve into curled lettuce hems. Menswear coats are raw-cut with hidden martingales, offering a sculptural yet effortless effect.

Color Palette Inspired by Rome
The hues reflect Rome at dusk, from laurel and petrol blue to terracotta, bubblegum, and scarlet. Trench coats in lambskin and plissé taffeta, alongside bracelet-sleeve blazers and stovepipe flares, redefine Italian power dressing. Shearling stoles, layered over jewel-tone cardigans and lingerie dresses, elevate the timeless sophistication of the collection.

Decadent Accessories and Footwear
The accessories line reinterprets Fendi icons with modern twists. The Fendi Giano bag, a moon-shaped clutch-to-shoulder piece, features the Fendi squirrel emblem and Janus’ portrait. The return of the Spy Bag in shearling, along with new renditions of the Peekaboo and Baguette in disco sequins and fluted suede, bridge nostalgia and innovation. Footwear experiments with trompe l’oeil effects, including satin and eel boots with hooked heels and polished metal accents.

Jewelry: A Fusion of Texture and Motion
Delfina Delettrez Fendi’s jewelry line integrates fur-like textures with dynamic designs, featuring snake chain collars, chandelier earrings, and silver obelisk pendants.

The show opens with Delfina Delettrez Fendi’s twin sons, wearing replicas of Lagerfeld’s 1967 equestrian designs for Silvia Venturini Fendi. Michel Gaubert’s soundtrack blends Barry White, Ornella Vanoni, and Italian musical icons, reinforcing the brand’s cultural imprint.

Fendi 100 is a declaration of timeless luxury and innovation, proving that its past is always in conversation with its future.
