Faisal Habibi Debut Singapore Solo Exhibition – ‘fillet’

24 Februari 2018 menjadi hari bersejarah bagi Faisal Habibi. Debut pameran tunggal seniman ini di Singapura yang bertema ‘fillet’ dibuka dan akan berlangsung hingga 1 April 2018 di Sullivan+Strumpf Singapura.
Habibi menyajikan perpanjangan rangkaian kumpulan karyanya yang berjudul ‘This Thing’. Dimana karya ini mengeksplorasi gagasan kehidupan perkotaan dan hubungan masyarakat, budaya, serta benda-benda di dalamnya. Misalnya saja ia memakai material tangga kolam atau kaca jendela berwarna ‘indigo’, lalu didekonstruksi hingga berubah menjadi sebuah karya seni kontemporer dengan gayanya sendiri.
