Bridging high fashion and contemporary art – Available in Dior boutiques from January 2, 2025
In the ever-evolving world of fashion, collaborations between high-end luxury houses and contemporary artists have become a significant cultural phenomenon. Initiated at the Dior summer 2019 show, now Dior unveiled the ground breaking collaboration with KAWS, the celebrated American artist known for his distinctively playful, cartoonish imagery: Dior and KAWS Capsule Collection by Kim Jones.

The collaboration has embodied the perfect fusion of craftsmanship and innovation, the “DIOR” logo has been reimagined in an entirely new, stylized form: a majestic snake winds gracefully around the iconic lettering, slithering between each character.

Presented by Melandas
Continuing this mesmerizing theme, a seductive serpent also elegantly forms the “CD” initials, adding a playful touch to jackets, sportswear, and B57 sneakers. Bold yet refined, the collection’s looks are punctuated by the striking B35 NXXT sneakers, featuring an assertive, oversized silhouette in eye-catching neon yellow and red, while refined brass jewelry—necklaces, bracelets, and brooches—adds the finishing touch, enhancing the overall sense of daring sophistication.

The Dior x KAWS collaboration not only reshaped the landscape of fashion and art but also brought attention to how the boundaries between these two worlds are increasingly becoming fluid.
