Satu lagi penghargaan diberikan kepada Alex Bayusaputro melalui PT ASTRA Modern Land dalam kategori Best Housing Interior Design (ASIA) untuk proyek Toba Lake Villa at ASYA pada perhelatan Asia Property Awards 2019. Bertempat di Bangkok – Thailand, Asia Property Awards 2019 melangsungkan bagian Grand Final pada 22 November 2019. Penghargaan real estate merayakan pencapaian yang digapai oleh established and emerging developers di Asia.
