A Foosball Table Celebrating the Spirit of the Winter Games

Kicking off the Giorgetti 2026 Collection, Giorgetti unveils Nereo, the first product of the year and the second chapter of its ongoing collaboration with Maserati. More than a foosball table, Nereo transforms play into a sculptural, style-driven experience—on display at Casa Maserati in Cortina and at Giorgetti Spiga – The Place in Milan, set against the international atmosphere of the Winter Olympics.

Nereo is a piece that embodies movement, elegance, and quiet strength. Inspired by Neptune’s trident, its design intertwines sea and sky, balancing fluidity with precision. Ten years after 90° Minuto became an icon of Giorgetti’s world, Nereo reimagines the designer foosball table as a celebration of teamwork, Italian craftsmanship, and universal values of beauty and inclusion.

Every detail is thoughtfully considered. Its modern silhouette plays with solids and voids, creating a sense of motion while maintaining structural balance. Solid ash, available in four finishes—natural, charcoal gray, cookie, and ash gray—features opposing grain directions that amplify the impression of movement. The smoked glass playing field sits within a raised leather frame, with tone-on-tone corner inserts that guide the ball with subtle precision. Canaletto walnut knobs, echoing Maserati’s goblet-inspired forms, enhance ergonomics and fluidity.

Aluminum player figures reinterpret the iconic Maserati grille, while the scoreboard departs from tradition, adopting a rotating mechanism alternating rounded and squared forms. Even the woven leather goals introduce a sensory dimension: as the ball enters, their gentle give softens impact, turning each score into a refined, tactile moment.

Debuting alongside the Winter Olympics, Nereo transcends its function as a game. It becomes a meeting point between competition and craftsmanship, speed and stillness, performance and poetry—a testament to Giorgetti and Maserati’s shared vision, where movement becomes form and play becomes ritual.
