Bold Design and Material Research for Contemporary Outdoor Living
Instead of treating the outdoor kitchen as a purely functional space, SCIC Italia approaches it as part of everyday living. With Canossa Outdoor, designed by Ballabeni & Catellani Studio, the brand brings its long-standing expertise in material research and Italian craftsmanship into an open-air setting—where cooking, gathering, and design naturally come together.

Conceived for modern outdoor living, Canossa Outdoor reinterprets the classic outdoor kitchen through a rigorous, architectural approach. Clean lines and balanced proportions define the structure, while metal surfaces and refined brass details take center stage, highlighting the project’s emphasis on materiality and artisanal precision.

“SCIC has always taken a bold and innovative approach to design. With Canossa Outdoor, we aim to redefine the concept of the kitchen, transforming it into a unique aesthetic and functional experience,” – Lorenzo Marconi Fornari, CEO of SCIC Italia –

At the heart of the design are five exclusive cast components with a brass finish, created specifically for this model. Combined with solid metal elements, they enable independent assembly and precise structural adjustment, allowing the kitchen to adapt seamlessly to different outdoor settings. What sets Canossa Outdoor apart is its sculptural use of metal and brass, turning a functional kitchen into an architectural statement.
Wooden modules complete the system, adding warmth and structural solidity while offering a tailored level of customization. The result is a modular and multifunctional kitchen that balances technical performance with a strong visual identity—designed not only for use, but for living.

Through Canossa Outdoor, SCIC Italia continues its exploration of contemporary design, where craftsmanship, innovation, and a deep respect for materials shape outdoor spaces meant to be experienced beyond the indoors.
