In Shanghai’s historic Huangpu district—steps from Yu Garden and the Bund—Porro lends its signature restraint and refinement to Jinling Residences, Kerry Properties’ most ambitious residential development to date. Conceived as a new benchmark for contemporary urban living, the mixed-use complex introduces a quietly luxurious residential experience at the heart of the city.

Porro’s involvement focuses on Phase 1, encompassing the two residential towers T3 and T4 with 152 apartments. Following the completion of the show unit, the Italian brand is now delivering fully customized interiors across all residences, anchored by its iconic Storage system, paired with Modern + Load-it wall compositions and Glide sliding doors.

Defined by architectural precision, refined finishes, and meticulous detailing, it transforms everyday functionality into a made-to-measure statement of design. Across the residences—shaped by studios including PLPL Philip Liao & Partners and CCD Cheng Chung Design—Porro’s solutions adapt fluidly to varied layouts and atmospheres, from warm, material-rich compositions to light, Nordic-inspired interiors. Each space balances visual clarity with generous functionality, expressing Porro’s understated sophistication.
