At the hotel’s acclaimed T’ang Court, Chef Chong Kooi Sam welcomes Chef Tsang Chiu King of Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Ming Court for an intimate four-day gastronomic encounter.

With over fifty years of mastery, maestro Chef Tsang is revered for transforming Cantonese tradition into a globally relevant, elegantly restrained cuisine. Together with Chef Sam, the duo presents a multi-course tasting that is both deeply rooted and daringly modern: think Shredded Duck Spring Roll with Frozen Foie Gras, wok-fried lobster in whisky and preserved radish (15 years dry age preservation), Wok-Fried (Sulawesi) Lobster, Crispy Sea Cucumber, Crispy Rice Topped with Hokkaido Scallop in Pumpkin broth and Beef Short Ribs elevated with Black Truffle and Honey.
