A Tribute to Water’s Transformative Power
Lasvit, the award-winning artisan and design house specializing in glassmaking, is delighted to return to Salone del Mobile, Euroluce 2025 with its largest stand to date. This year, Lasvit presents Soaked in Light, an exhibition exploring the connection between water, light, and human well-being.
Lasvit will present Soaked in Light at Hall 6, Stand C39 D38 from 8–13 April 2025.

Research shows that vast bodies of water can activate the parasympathetic nervous system – our body’s natural counterbalance to stress – slowing the heart rate, deepening breath, and fostering a sense of calm. Lasvit translates this phenomenon into glass and light, shaping a space that invites relaxation and mindfulness while echoing the fluidity of water.
At the heart of the exhibition is Splash, a glass lighting installation by Lasvit designer Martin Gallo that explores the emotional resonance of water and its fluid, ever-changing forms. Designed to evoke a spectrum of moods – from the serenity of a calm pond, through the joy of children splashing in puddles, to the power of a raging river – the fused glass installation reflects the shifting nature of water.

Lasvit is also proud to debut a new design concept by Patrick Jouin, alongside two new collections designed by the brand’s Art Director Maxim Velčovský, and designer Jan Plecháč. More information is to be revealed in the coming weeks.
