Finally Indonesia has its own dedicated Travel Book illustrated by ATAK in a very nice vibrant color. In the Spring of 2024, Louis Vuitton is releasing two new titles in its collection of Travel Book by artists from around the world: Indonesia & Amsterdam.

The multitalented artist known as ATAK, who was born in the former German Democratic Republic and has an endless appetite, trains his extravagant and vibrant skill on Indonesia, the largest island in the world. He is a DJ, illustrator, graphic designer, and writer of comics and children’s books.

While Laurent Cilluffo, the Lille illustrator of The New Yorker and author of trendy graphic novels, has produced a dizzying portrait of Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands, in a work imbued with humour and gravity that is at once exhaustive, austere and silent.

For the second consecutive year, Louis Vuitton joined forces with the Festival du Dessin in Arles, taking place 24 April to 19 May 2024, with an exclusive exhibition of the original drawings of the Travel Book INDONESIA by the artist ATAK and the AMSTERDAM volume by Laurent Cilluffo, as well as those from ROUTE 66 by Thomas Ott, published in 2018.
