Before Milan Design Week unfolds, this is an early glimpse into the projects shaping the season—where design, atmosphere, and everyday rituals intersect.

Within Zucchetti’s showroom in the Porta Venezia district, the bathroom becomes a space of quiet precision. With Octo X, Zucchetti revisits one of its most recognizable collections, refining its language rather than reinventing it—allowing form, material, and proportion to speak through subtle evolution.

Designed by David Lopez Quincoces, Octo X builds on the geometric rigor of the original Octo series. The collection is now developed in AISI 316 L stainless steel, a material chosen not only for its durability and sustainability, but for the way it sharpens the dialogue between surface and light. Clean edges, precise planes, and horizontal lines become more defined, lending the faucets a calm but confident presence.

The collection expands its vocabulary through new configurations. Alongside the single-lever mixer, Octo X now introduces a three-hole version, opening up greater compositional freedom and allowing the system to adapt naturally to both contemporary bathrooms and more classic interiors.

Despite these updates, the essence remains intact. Curved lines soften the geometry, slim volumes keep the proportions light, and a sense of balance runs through every detail. Rather than demanding attention, Octo X integrates seamlessly into the architectural language of the bathroom, reinforcing the collection’s understated elegance.

In this evolution, Zucchetti continues to approach the bathroom as a space of considered design—where functionality, material intelligence, and visual restraint come together in everyday use.
