Highlights include Slow-Roasted Beef Rib Eye, Greek-style Lamb Cutlets, Roasted Spring Chicken, and the theatrically presented Salmon Coulibiac, carved tableside for a memorable touch.

From 9 to 11 May, the Wick-ed Candle Making Workshop (complementing the brunch) offers a serene, sensory experience in the elegant Music Room. In collaboration with Rosé Gourmand Deli and Duft Chandelle, guests create bespoke soy candles before enjoying the St. Regis Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Room. Each guest leaves with a charming St. Regis vanity bag and hand bouquet — a graceful memento of the occasion.
