Jakarta welcomes a fresh taste of Paris with Jullien, the newest modern French dining destination at Pacific Place, created by Artisan Kuliner Group. Opened in October 2025, Jullien reimagines the French bistro experience with a contemporary edge—where elegance meets ease, and indulgence feels refreshingly effortless.

Breaking from the formalities of traditional French dining, Jullien brings a vibrant, approachable, and distinctly modern take on classic cuisine. “We want people to see French cuisine in a different light,” says Chef Rizqi, Corporate Chef of Artisan Kuliner Group. “Jullien introduces our interpretation of French classics and patisserie to a wider Indonesian audience.”

Named after the French artist Jean Jullien, the restaurant mirrors his bold, expressive spirit. Inside, striking red and blue accents, and wooden textures evoke the charm of a Parisian bistro—playful yet refined, sophisticated yet relaxed.

• The menu flows seamlessly from breakfast to dinner, celebrating French flavours through both tradition and innovation. Morning begins with Eggs Benedict and French Cheese Toast; lunchtime welcomes Foie Gras with banana mille-feuille, Duck Confit, and Smoked Duck Mafaldine; while evenings invite sharing plates like Beef Tounge, Riz au Bœuf, Whole Pan-Seared Flounder, and Black Angus Porterhouse paired with classic sauces. To end, there’s sweet temptation in Crème Caramel, Soufflé au Citron, and Chocolate Fondant and Fresh Berries Sabayon.
