Tenun as an eloquent statement of identity and artistry.

In an era when fashion often chases spectacle, Easthedra by The Rizkianto offers something quietly poetic: precision tailoring and craftsmanship. Presented at Lomma, Jakarta, on July 3, 2025, the debut collection from Dery Rizkianto, Creative Director unfolds as a tactile meditation on women’s confidence.

The nine-look collection threads together the age-old tradition of Indonesian Tenun with the structured precision of European couture—an elegant monologue between heritage and high fashion.

At the heart of Easthedra lies a deep reverence for Tenun—not merely as fabric, but as an eloquent statement of identity and artistry. In the hands of Dery Rizkianto, Tenun transforms from ceremonial cloth into contemporary couture. Each silhouette echoes the spirit of the artisan’s loom while embracing architectural tailoring, monochromatic palettes, and an undeniably modern sensibility. The results are graceful, confident, and globally resonant—garments that move seamlessly from Jakarta to Milan.

“This is truly the story of my life,” he shares. “Indonesia is my soul—my origin, my heartbeat. Milan shaped my vision, gave me the tools to speak through design. Easthedra is where those two worlds finally meet- East Meets West.”

Each silhouette seems sharp yet fluid, bold yet intimate, always honouring the female form without overpowering it.

Founded in 2023, The Rizkianto has quickly carved out its own space in the fashion dialogue—a space where craftsmanship is sacred, storytelling is intentional, and femininity is redefined through strength and grace. With Easthedra, East and West, finally, speak the same language.
