Jakarta, 17 October 2025 — Coulisse |INK hosted a distinguished two-part launch event at The St. Regis Jakarta, unveiling its latest catalogue, Radiance and Serenity. Presented over an elegant Luncheon (11.00–14.00) and High Tea (15.00–18.00), the affair gathered design aficionados, industry partners, and invited guests for a refined exploration of beauty, sustainability, and technological innovation in contemporary window fashion.

The launch marked the debut of two thoughtfully curated fabric collections, each expressing a distinct design sensibility. Radiance celebrates warmth and luminosity, evoking comfort and refined elegance—an ideal palette for interiors that seek to glow with welcoming sophistication. In contrast, Serenity embraces softness and composure, offering fabrics that gently illuminate a room while balancing privacy, light control, and timeless grace. Together, the collections embody Coulisse’s design philosophy: a harmony of aesthetic beauty, sustainability, and intelligent innovation for modern living.

Kalpavriksha: The Tree of Life by Yuni Jie
A highlight of the launch was a special collaboration with esteemed interior designer Yuni Jie, who presented an evocative art installation titled Kalpavriksha. Drawing from the symbolic Tree of Life, the artwork reflects abundance, prosperity, and spiritual fulfilment—a poetic metaphor for the interconnectedness of people and nature.

Crafted using surplus textile materials from Coulisse, the mixed-media installation served as a conscious gesture toward sustainability, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to responsible design. Kalpavriksha offered a visual interpretation of Coulisse’s core values: modern, sustainable, and beautiful—a perfect equilibrium between Radiance and Serenity, warmth and elegance.

An Immersive Interplay of Design & Technology
More than a product launch, Radiance and Serenity invited guests to experience first-hand the integration of design, automation, and modern living. Interactive spaces, curated as immersive experience rooms, showcased the seamless union of textiles, light, and technology through MotionBlinds, Coulisse’s latest smart-home automation system for window coverings.

Integrated with major smart home platforms—including Apple, Google, and Samsung/Android—MotionBlinds demonstrated how thoughtful design enhances energy efficiency, elevates daily comfort, and sets a pathway toward a more sustainable future.
