The Poetry of Everyday Rituals (A poetic exploration of daily life through timeless design)
At this year’s Fuorisalone, Ceccotti Collezioni invites visitors into a world where design meets ceremony, and form pays homage to the gentle precision of daily life. Unveiled across two evocative settings—its flagship store on Via Durini and a curated display within Poltrona Frau on Via Manzoni—the 2025 collection, Rituals – Stories of Gestures, is a meditation on the beauty of routine, and the quiet power of well-crafted objects.
Teahouse by Christophe Pillet: Where Minimalism Meets Ceremony
At the heart of the collection is Teahouse, a refined series by Christophe Pillet inspired by the Japanese tea ceremony. Comprising a minimalist table, low chair, compact cabinet, and console, each piece channels restraint and sensuality in equal measure. Crafted from solid American walnut and detailed with crossed structural lines, these furnishings embody stillness and connection. Pillet’s subtle use of asymmetry and tactile materials—leather straps, burnished brass fastenings, chamfered edges—elevates each gesture performed around them into an act of intention.

Expanding the DUO Collection: A New Chapter for the Bedroom
This spirit of refinement flows into the expanded DUO Collection by Roberto Lazzeroni, developed with Poltrona Frau. The newly introduced bedroom series—featuring a bed, coordinating bedside tables, a vanity desk, valet stand, and tallboy—offers a sculptural, yet inviting take on domestic rituals. Whether grouped together or placed as standalone accents, these pieces resonate with personality and ease.
Janine Lounge: Designed for Moments of Pause
Lazzeroni also revisits his Janine line, now presenting the Janine Lounge. With its generous seat, enveloping form, and sensual materials, the chair is an invitation to pause—ideal for moments of reading, waiting, or quiet contemplation.
Full Island: Storage Reimagined
Ceccotti further explores the art of storage with the Full Island chest of drawers, a centerpiece designed for bespoke walk-in closets. Featuring layered volumes, leather-lined trays, and illuminated compartments beneath a glass top, it blends craftsmanship with curated luxury.
With Rituals, Ceccotti Collezioni celebrates not only the material essence of design, but its emotional and cultural weight. These are not merely furnishings, but companions to our daily lives—vessels of memory, presence, and timeless elegance.
