Closing The Year 2023  BREMAN BREWERY proudly presents The Brand New Bar & Restaurant, BREMAN⁸⁵. BREMAN⁸⁵ (pronounced “eight-five”) is a gastropub that encapsulates the essence of no-frills excellence: exceptional food, remarkable beer, and an inviting atmosphere. The number 85 pays homage to our brewery’s location at 8.5 degrees south, representing our Balinese roots and the fresh flavors that define our artisanal brews.

Must have besides its signature local brewery beers: the signature cocktail drinks, freshly crushed strawberry with beer.

Located on Level 5 Unit #E10B of Plaza Indonesia, BREMAN⁸⁵ comfortably seats up to 120 persons. The interior is Retro-Modern setting with a warm cozy ambiance. Guests are welcome with a gorgeous Mozaic of “JALAK BALI” as the official Mascot of BREMAN BREWERY. The main feature of the outlet is 12 meters bar runs down the side of the outlet, guests can sit around this space facing a beautiful Mural of Balinese Lady with 8 taps of BREMAN’s fresh beer, 25 dining tables total are set at A and B sections. A section is exclusively set for a cozy and comfortable dining experience with 12 tables and 24 seats, B section is set with a long bar, 2 separate sofa booths, 5 dining tables and 1 favourite long table facing gorgeous Thamrin view. For a private dining experience, the outlet provides two private rooms, Room #1 is a medium private room accommodates 8 persons with an exclusive view to Thamrin Street and 2 entrances from A & B sections. Private Room #2 is the biggest room that can accommodate up to 14 persons. Each private rooms are built with Smart TV where guests can watch their favourite games or display business presentation.

BREMAN⁸⁵ opens its door on December 15^th, 2023 from 11:00 am till late, managed by an experienced Management Consulting, Ray Harvest, you can assure an excellent service delivered to every guest of BREMAN⁸⁵. An outgoing and professional Consultant Elisa K. Level is ready to welcoming the guests to taste the fresh and finest BREMAN Beers, and signature drinks created by Bar Consultant & Mixologist of Ray Harvest, Mr. Deni Mukli and his expert bartenders such as Beer Cocktails and fresh yummy mocktails. Guests can expect an exceptional cuisine prepared by an experienced Ray Harvest Corporate Chef Abbie Syaifuddin and his crew. The menu features Asian and Western Cuisine from delicious Bar Snacks, such as Triple Cooked Fries, light pickled potatoes, served with truffle mayonnaise, Medan anchovies Edamame and Sate Kikil with spicy peanut sauce. Delicious mains such as Smashed Burger, Ribeye Steak, Nasi Goreng Kambing, Truffle Pappardelle to a sharing menu; Porterhouse, Pork Knuckle and Wings Bucket of 30 pieces. Guests can seal their dining with mouthwatering desserts such as Cheesecake, Brookes and Berry Cobbler, dining price ranging per person from IDR 250,000,- to IDR 500,000,-. To cater offices in the neighbourhood, BREMAN⁸⁵ serves Lunch Express with quality food and affordable prices after the holiday season in January 2024.
