BD BARCELONA PRESENTS ECLIPSO COLLECTION AT SALONE DEL MOBILE 2025

Jaime Hayon, who was born in Madrid, has limitless creative abilities. His latest and most whimsical collection, ECLIPSO, is the culmination of his long-standing collaboration with BD, which has produced iconic, award-winning designs.

The collection was officially unveiled at Salone del Mobile 2025, where guests can also see other releases, such as Konstantin Grcic‘s WORKPLACE B and WING bench, Sabine Marcelis‘ STEDELIJK CHAIR COLOUR, Oscar Tusquets‘ SIMPLEX chair, Jaime Hayon’s reissue of the SHOWTIME CHAIR, and Muller Van Severen‘s PILLOW Sofa x KASSL.

“The idea behind ECLIPSO came from my desire to return to simplicity, what I call ‘the minimum with the maximum,’” Hayon explains.

Transparency and harmony are combined in the ECLIPSO collection, which draws inspiration from architecture, nature, and emotional equilibrium. Warmth and contemporary relevance are provided by its earthy color scheme of brown, red, blue, beige, and green. To meet modern needs, the collection features dining, cafe, coffee, side tables, chairs, stools, and shelving units in a range of sizes and color combinations. A lunar eclipse’s enchantment is evoked by the collection.

A shelving system, dining tables with recycled aluminum legs, and ergonomic chairs with molded plywood seats and solid beech legs are just a few of the furniture and design components that improve daily living in the ECLIPSO collection.

“Each piece is designed with intelligence and efficiency in mind, balancing form, function, and durability,” adds Hayon.

ECLIPSO marks BD Barcelona’s first collection designed for a more accessible price range. Made in Europe, it is available for both residential and hospitality settings.
