A Dialogue of Heritage, Materiality, and Modern Restraint

Vudafieri–Saverino Partnersreinterprets Delvaux’s retail stores across six new Asian boutiques, where architecture becomes a language of quiet elegance.

Siam Paragon

In the world of Delvaux, luxury is whispered. This season, the Belgian maison expands its Asian footprint with six new boutiques — in Bangkok, Shanghai, Macao, Gwangju, and two in Seoul — all conceived by Milan-based studio Vudafieri–Saverino Partners.

Since 2012, the duo has crafted Delvaux’s architectural voice — one that bridges heritage and innovation. “Each boutique is a new chapter in the same story,” say Tiziano Vudafieri and Claudio Saverino. “We never repeat a format, but reinterpret the brand’s timeless values through each city’s unique spirit.”

The boutiques blend recurring elements — geometric façades, polished brass, and soft light — with site-specific gestures. In Bangkok, brushed brass and mesh panels create a chessboard rhythm, while Shanghai features marble-paneled foyers and Gwangju embraces terracotta tones and flowing forms inspired by mid-century design.

Each space unfolds as a sensory journey: from the sculptural foyer to the VIC Room, where bespoke details, warm lighting, and Delvaux’s Alter Ego wallpaper evoke intimacy and refinement.

Across Asia, Vudafieri–Saverino Partners translates Delvaux’s spirit with architectural sensitivity — a consistent narrative that adapts to its surroundings. The result is a collection of spaces that feel timeless yet modern — a new visual language for contemporary luxury.
