The skin that envelops us is matter, memory, gesture. It is a boundary and a refuge, surface and substance. The Skin I Live In explores the dialogue between body and space, between fabric and form, between clothing and furnishings.

The focal point of the sensory narrative is the Simposio sofa. It provides an experience that envelops, embraces, and stimulates conversation, making it more than just a modular piece of furniture. The upholstery, which is characterized by a straightforward fold, echoes the softness of a Greek peplum, while its elegant and classic lines evoke the essence of beauty.

The fabric of House of Lyria work in harmony with the surfaces of Simposio, much like skin adjusts to the body. In addition to providing support, the leg of the sofa evokes the lightness of presence by leaving a sensuous impression on the fabric. Clothes, design, and matter are all interwoven into a harmonious whole that turns space into a realm that can be touched, lived in, and inhabited. The Garden House by ALYSI, an inspiring setting where Simposio finds a home that enhances its essence and communicative value, frames this investigation.

The intimacy of life is shaped by subtle details—tailored embroidery and illustrations by illustrator Clorophilla—beginning with our interaction with the first room we occupy: our clothes.
