Artisanal heritage meets textile innovation.

At Milano Design Week 2025, Paola Lenti unveils a poetic expansion of its rug collection—pieces that transcend functionality to become tactile expressions of memory, space, and craftsmanship. For the Italian design house, the rug is not just a furnishing, but a sculptural element—defining, grounding, and enriching its surroundings.

Dedalo

Asira Ayla Wadi

Each rug is a unique creation, brought to life through hand-stitching that embraces irregularity: exposed seams, textured weaves, and organic edges that reflect a lived-in beauty. Crafted from carefully selected natural and high-performance yarns—free of harmful treatments—these rugs marry durability with deep aesthetic sensitivity.

For interiors, three collections stand out. The Felt RugsDedalo, Nubi, and Field—feature compositions of signs, lines, and dots and layered stitching that create dynamic chromatic depth. The Natural Rugs introduce Joy, a circular form with shaggy texture and coiled softness—at once sculptural and serene.

Nubi

Outdoors, the High Tech RugsAsira, Wadi, Ayla, and Kilis—echo Mediterranean motifs with hand-applied geometric patterns in earthy tones and straw-like textures. They speak to open-air living with understated elegance.

Joy

Balancing artisanal spirit, textile innovation, and environmental care, Paola Lenti continues to redefine the language of contemporary rugs—turning surfaces into soulful statements, indoors and out.
