An Unmistakable Vintage Touch

Nestled beside the breathtaking Piazza San Marco and the iconic Rialto Bridge, this hotel de charme offers a blend of exclusive elegance and captivating design. It has captured the hearts of discerning international guests and earned high praise, which declared it a residence worthy of a doge. The suite bathrooms, crafted by Devon&Devon, exude a sophisticated sense of privacy, while the iconic Admiral and Aurora freestanding bathtubs infuse a timeless vintage charm.

To restore a sumptuous abandoned palazzo to its original glory and turn it into the most sophisticated hospitality address in Venice has taken seven years’ renovation work, the talent of the best local artisans, and all the design skills of the owners, interior designers Anna Covre and Frederic Tubau de Cristo.

Whether you arrive over land or sea (through a secret gate opened onto the canal), as soon as you cross the threshold and your eyes take in the enchanting private garden you realise this is a magical place, out of time and far removed from the chaos of overtourism.

The interior design boldly combines old and contemporary, with continual references to the shapes and colours of Venetian architecture and the most authentic Italian craftsmanship tradition. From the custom-blown Murano lamps to the Rubelli textiles, brushed marble floors and Admiral and Aurora bathtubs, everything makes a stay here totally memorable.
