An Intimate Setting Where Fashion and Cuisine Converge with Quiet Elegance

Beijing’s evolving fine-dining scene welcomes a distinctive new address with Monsieur Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic, located within the newly opened House of Dior Beijing. The restaurant distinguishes itself through cuisine that speaks with restraint, precision, and cultural sensitivity—hallmarks of Anne-Sophie Pic’s culinary philosophy, from the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef.

For Monsieur Dior, Anne-Sophie Pic created a menu exclusively for the House of Dior. Her approach is both poetic and precise: each dish is composed as a narrative, translating the maison’s heritage and couture codes into taste, texture, and aroma.

The setting reinforces this sensorial dialogue. Bathed in light and softened by pale hues, the dining room is accented with carefully curated artworks and floral-patterned armchairs that echo Dior’s refined femininity. The atmosphere is luminous yet intimate, offering a graceful backdrop where the arts of fashion and cuisine meet.

Pic’s menu is built on subtle harmonies of flavor and texture, inspired directly by the language of haute couture. Les Perles, a delicate pairing of crab and caviar finished with fresh greenery, evokes the intricacy of embroidery through its composition and detail. Another highlight, Les Berlingots, reimagines the chef’s signature jewel-like pasta with a leopard motif—an elegant tribute to Mizza Bricard, Christian Dior’s muse and the origin of the iconic print.

Desserts continue this couture-inspired narrative. In homage to the Miss Dior houndstooth, Pic revisits her signature millefeuille, balancing architectural precision with lightness and finesse.

Monsieur Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic offers Beijing a dining experience that transcends the plate—an encounter where haute cuisine becomes a form of craftsmanship, and where the spirit of Dior is expressed through the language of taste.
