At Milan Design Week 2025, Molteni&C unveiled its 2025 Collection—a refined tribute to the architectural and cultural heritage of Milan. Curated by Vincent Van Duysen, the collection reimagines archival designs from the 1970s and ’80s with contemporary clarity and restraint. Its debut was marked by the opening of Palazzo Molteni on Via Manzoni 9, Milan (read here) , a new seven-story flagship that blends exhibition space with cultural narrative. Complementing the launch, the “Letters to Milan” installation at Museo Poldi Pezzoli, conceived by Studio Klass, offered an immersive experience reflecting the city’s layered identity through architecture, art, and design. The unveiling of Molteni&C’s 2025 Collection also marked the introduction of new designs by Vincent Van Duysen, Creative Director of Molteni&C: Aria (writing desk), Linea (armchair),

Highlights of collection include a prestigious collaboration with Christophe Delcourt, GamFratesi, Yabu Pushelberg, Tobia Scarpa and Marta Ferri.

In addition to the new collections from various designers, the 2025 catalogue also introduces updated or enhanced versions of some of Molteni&C’s existing pieces.

Filigree by Rodolfo Dordoni
Molteni&C’s best-selling Filigree table is refined with an elegant Iridium brown finish—a soft, metallic hue that seamlessly integrates with the Molteni&C collection. New tabletop options offer a fresh take on this iconic piece: Ecotone™, a sustainable stone-like material in Sienna or Poseidon, or a luxurious Eucalyptus wood top with a distinctive herringbone inlay. Ecotone™ itself is a testament to innovation, replacing 30% of traditional mineral granules with recycled industrial glass and using a bio-based resin that cuts down on petroleum-derived components. Durable, acid-resistant, and non-porous, it brings both beauty and sustainability to the Filigree collection.

Living Box by Vincent Van Duysen
Vincent Van Duysen reimagines the Living Box for Molteni&C, enhancing its refined minimalism and versatility. Sliding “Stripe” doors—crafted from wood and glass—enclose and divide the interior, creating private spaces within the open structure. Signature finishes in Eucalyptus and Rovere Sunrise remain, while integrated LED lighting on the vertical panels lends a sophisticated glow to this timeless piece.
