A New Menu Launches In This Wet Season
What comes to your mind when the rain comes? Maybe for most people finding a suitable menu to be enjoyed in cool air like this is the right answer. Yes, it’s true!
Locavore, restoran yang berlokasi di Ubud dan didirikan oleh dua chef berbakat, Ray Adriansyah dan Eelke Plasmeijer, dengan bangga meluncurkan Rintik Rintik yang unik – seventeen course tasting menu – terinspirasi oleh awan, genangan air, dan hasil panen berlimpah yang biasanya ditemukan selama musim hujan.

Rintik Rintik Menu
Melalui ‘perjalanan’ kuliner yang menakjubkan, menu baru seharga IDR 1.250.000 ++ per orang ini, menawarkan deretan makanan yang luar biasa termasuk menu untuk vegetarian serta menu ini ditemani racikan Indonesian Craft Drinks Pairing – racikan minuman khas Locavore yang berasal dari permainan kreatif dari bahan lokal – seharga IDR 595.000 ++ per orang. Seperti, Charred Baby Corn (with coffee miso emulsion, termite powder, coffee kombucha reduction); Raw Lamb ( with kari kambing shio koji, wild leaves, warm lamb fat vinaigrette); Koji Fried Veal Brain (with sauce gribiche, bitter leaves, fermented potato herb crème); Honey Spiced Duck Breast (with kecap glaze, carrot slow roasted in duck fat, carrot reduction); Frozen Rice Porridge (with blood berry sorbet, crispy rice, reduced blood berry kombucha), Arrowroot brioche (with french toast style, sourdough bread miso gelato, mulberries); dan masih ada menu lainnya.

Rintik Rintik dan menu-menu lainnya di Locavore menggunakan produk–produk segar, seperti protein hewani, dan bahan masakan lainnya bersumber dari pemasok lokal dan para petani. Dengan berkolaborasi petani dan nelayan lokal, Locavore turut mendukung konsep keberlanjutan dalam komunitas mereka.
